Trendico Group Celebrates 20th Anniversary During Its Summer Programming Convention

Last night, Trendico Group marked its 20th anniversary during the closing event of its summer programming convention. The group’s president, Carlos Tejero, told CMDsport: “This milestone comes during the most challenging era in retail history.”

Trendico Group has officially reached two decades of operation. Initially launched under the name Oxígeno Ibersport, the company underwent significant changes in the market, eventually rebranding to Trendico Group in 2019. Before that, it operated as Twinner Iberia from 2005 to 2018.

Reflecting on the group’s journey, Carlos Tejero acknowledged to CMDsport:
"When we embarked on this venture in 2004 with José Luis Condado, José Miguel Fernández, Juan Anselmo Pérez, Toño Preciado, and Antonio Rodríguez, I could never have imagined we would get to where we are today. Nor could I have foreseen the immense transformation the sector and retail industry as a whole have undergone, or how we would adapt to it all."
